Barceló UK (formerly Paramount Group of Hotels) operates 21 quality 4-star hotels across Scotland, England and Wales, ranging from 42 to 356 bedrooms. A client of XN since 2002, systems installed include:

· Protel Central Reservation System (CRS)
· Protel Sales & Marketing
· Xn dotPOS Enterprise

More recently, Barceló has chosen to implement the Xn globalRES switch solution for GDS and IDS connectivity under the group’s new ‘PM’ chain code. The project also includes an integrated, private label Web Booking System.
