LeisurePoint is a hotel loyalty management solution including client database, subscription management, loyalty transactions, marketing and web communications. Deployed as an ASP-style hosted service, LeisurePoint has been designed and built as an end-to-end loyalty management solution, managing all aspects of client communications, loyalty transaction management and includes a comprehensive web-facing portal. LeisurePoint BackOffice ties in all administration functions required to manage memberships, including accounts receivable, subscription receipt processing supplier, catalogue management of rewards and transaction accounting.  LeisurePoint’s BackOffice supports seamless interfaces from PMS and POS data and also outputs financial oriented ledger data to Accounting systems. This integrated approach minimises data entry and also ensures transactions generated by guests, members and other customers transfer to profiles for the purposes of reward accrual, reward redemption via web-portal catalogue.
 
LeisurePoint interacts with Microsoft Office® (Word®, Excel®, Outlook®). Whether it’s mail merge, label printing, importing receipts from PMS, POS, spreadsheet or bulk emailing to members, LeisurePoint can accomplish these tasks quickly and easily without the user requiring any knowledge of the underlying MS-SQL database.

LeisurePoint is a 32-bit multi-user application written for Windows® and has been developed using standard Microsoft technologies.
