Xn Hotel Systems installs protel MPE at second Naked Retreat Resort in China

Following a successful implementation at Naked Stables Private Resort in 2011, Naked Home Village is the second resort of China-based Naked Retreat Collection to go live with protel Multi Property Edition (MPE). The system is also used at the company’s Central Reservations Office in Shanghai.


“Xn Hotel Systems gives us an integrated solution to further enhance our customer experience and strengthen our operation in the resorts.” Stated Ms Gabriela Lo, Managing Director. They will benefit strongly from the use of central profiles, centralised management reporting and being able to cross sell between the two properties.

 
Naked Home Village is a collection of 8 traditional Zhejiang village houses comprising 21 bedrooms in Moganshan, in the heart of Ancient China. Naked Stables Private Resort is an exclusive resort in a protected game reserve. Luxury accommodation is in spacious tree top villas or single bedroom earth huts, spread across a broad, secluded valley in the foothills of Moganshan.  It has recently been in the press for winning China Best Vacation Hotel and China Best Eco Hotel at the China Best Design Hotel Awards.
