Singapore headquartered global hotel group, Millennium and Copthorne International Limited (MCIL), operators of famous properties such as the Grand Copthorne, the Copthorne Kings Hotel, The Orchard Hotel and the chic M-Hotel, is to implement the LeisurePoint solution, supplied by Xn Australia, to manage their A la Carte Food and Beverage club. When fully implemented, the system will support a client relationship marketing database and will be the central IT application supporting all of MCIL’s club members in Singapore.
