With the objective of achieving a cutover to a new Property Management System (PMS) prior to the 2003 ski season, Discovery Lodge selected and installed the Protel PMS, including the Protel/SQL Front Office and Protel Sales & Marketing modules, as their primary hotel management applications.

The decision to install Protel was undertaken after an in-depth analysis and review of PMS systems by Owner & General Manager, Mr Callum Harland.
