Hotel Software Trainer

Working predominately in the UK (but with the likelihood of occasional overseas travel), you will be responsible for installing and training our products at Xn's new customer hotels.

It is essential that you have experience in a hospitality environment, ideally at supervisory level. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer care. You will also have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel whilst maintaining a professional and empathic approach.

This role is an excellent opportunity for future development and will require you to work away from home on a frequent basis. When office based, the option exists to be based at our East Midlands office.

 

Administrator

Based at our Castle Donington office. Duties include but are not limited to; generating quotes, sales orders and invoices, credit control, product licencing, ordering customer hardware, maintaining purchase ledger, providing administrative assistance to the management team, monitoring staff expense claim, and general office administration including filing, managing post, and answering calls.
