Since graduating with honours in languages and marketing in 1991, Alan has worked in sales, marketing and general management for nearly 20 years. After seven years with Guestline, a UK-based PMS vendor, Alan joined Xn Hotel Systems in 2006 as UK Sales Director. In June 2010, he embarked upon a 12-month sabbatical in Australia, where he did voluntary work for a number of organisations, before returning to London to take up his current role in July 2011.
David is responsible for the programme management of Xn’s global projects, account management of key international clients and the development of the Xn globalRES partner network. Having originally joined Xn in 2001, David has worked in the division since its inception undertaking a range of POS, PMS and GDS switch projects. Formerly, David held the positions of senior project manager, based in Dallas, whilst working with US based Tricon Restaurants International and as IT Manager for the Head Office of Hilton International in the UK. Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Food and Catering Management and an MSc in Software Engineering, David’s career encompasses a range of Hospitality IT projects and installations undertaken in over 40 countries.
Based in London, Sally is responsible for all aspects of Account Management including pre-sales. Sally graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and German and started her career in the travel industry in sales. She subsequently moved into Hotel representation with Vantis and then on to Paramount Hotels where she took a role as Electronic Distribution Manager. When Barceló Hotels took on the management of Paramount Hotels Sally became Director of Distribution. It was in this role that she gained vast experience of all the solutions provided by Xn Hotel Systems and it was in September 2010 that she joined Xn Hotel Systems Ltd as Account Director.
Based in London, Andrew Duffy joined Xn in 2001 as an installer/trainer to carry out the rollout of protel PMS to a large chain. He subsequently moved to take the role of Manager - Point of Sale Team before becoming Implementations Director with full responsibility for both Point of Sale and PMS Installation and Trainng Teams. Andrew has a BSc in Hospitality Management and a number of years of International Experience within the Industry. Previous roles include Hotel Deputy General Manager at a large hotel in the UK, PMS Consultant and a number of Project Management Roles. Andrew brings with him years of technical experience
