Now based in Singapore, Greg created the hotel business unit whilst on a 3-year secondment with Xn Checkout UK (2001-2003). Principally responsible for the business, Greg’s main focus is global sales expansion, client relationships, and product and business strategy. Starting his hotel technology career as a Systems Manager for then Sydney-based Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation in 1986, Greg has since spent some 20+ years in the hotel and hospitality technology industry, holding various previous positions including VP Sales Asia and Managing Director Hotel Division - Xn Checkout (UK) Limited (1998-2006). Formerly, Greg held senior sales and management positions with Micros Fidelio Australia (1987-1998). He gained an MBA in 1993 from Macquarie University and holds an Associate Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management.
Based in the UK, Mark led the management buy-out to form the Xn group in 2006. Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co (now part of Deloittes) and then went on to spend a number of years in investment banking with Samuel Montagu & co (now part of HSBC Investment Bank) Mark has since served in a number of senior management positions in both public and private companies, including as the Chief Executive of a FTSE 250 company, and has over fifteen years experience of working in the software and services industry.
Based in Washington DC, Ken heads up the company’s R&D and is responsible for the Xn globalRES electronic reservations business unit. Associated with the business since he joined as a systems architect and strategic consultant in 1999, Ken formerly held senior management positions with US-based Micros Systems Inc (1975-1996), including positions as Senior Vice President, R&D and Senior Vice President Quick Service division. Ken’s depth of technical experience extends from design and development of point of sale system software to the architecture, design, development, implementation and operations of the company’s hotel reservation transaction and e-commerce systems.
